I hope all is well with everyone! If you see the image above it shows what the Real Estate Market is looking like in Naples Florida. The market has slowed down, but I believe it is because there is not a lot of inventory out there. I do not believe we are going to see any price decreases accept for the view properties that were over priced to begin with. If you are planning on coming to Naples please let me know a head of time so I can give you a better report of what is still on the market. Many people still do not realize that you may see a property for sale today but tomorrow it may be gone and in pending. That is how fast the majority of properties are going.
